An example of a bad behavior of a chihuahua:

Well, You see i have this apple head chihuahua who barks at us while eating, meaning that he wants food. Another, he pees every where! another, when he wants to get out and walk, or when he hears the jingle of the bell, he would bark at us and my other dog, a yorky, meaning to make it faster. Then if he accidentally gets out, and we have to catch him, he's gonna run around, like saying "catch me!" and on thing i could tell you, he usually sleeps all day! sleep, eat and play! and get this: he's always the first to sleep, but the last one to wake up! i couldnt solve his stupidly smart behaviors! i just like sharing my experience with my damn chihuahua, Juggy/Jughead (meaning: stupid head!)seriously! :D

i just cant seem to get angry at them when they show that sweet, adorable face!! first ill get angry then when my yorky smiles, i forgive him and kiss him! nyahahaa my chihuahua has heart worm and his teeth are just horrid when he came to us from their former owner, but there's nothing actually we can do to help my chihuahua on his teeth, and his heart worm needs an operation but it also has a 60% chance that he wont make it!.. all i can do now is love him while i still can :))

I too have a wee Chihuahua dawg. She is the love of our lives...She was 9 months old when she was given to us and had some bad habits. However, due to the fact that they are so smart, with very little training she was easily house broken. The secret is a tiny cat door so she can come and go as she pleases. Also our back yard is VERY secure and she cannot get out of [if she were a digger]
could dig under the fence. This also makes it so much easier to leave her when we need to.

She is very territorial, and will bark when she thinks that someone is close to our property. She is extremely loving and is looking for a lap all the time. She has the run of the house and sleeps where she wishes. We would NEVER put her
in a crate. The reason she rules the household is because she is soo good. She eats well, but very fast, am always afraid she will choke.

We don't know what we have done to deserve this
very precious tiny little bundle of love. And love being pack mates.

We have 2 Long Hair Chis......& they are the center of our lives. EVERYTHING revolves around them......by our own choice. They mind well though. One will walk & walk & just keep on going if he gets out. He won't come back home. He just takes up with someone else along the way, & we have to wait on a phone call for him to come back home. The other will run around the neighborhood for a few minutes, but ALWAYS comes back home. We have moved into a home with dog doors & a SECURE fence.....so they don't get out anymore.
If....or when they have an accident in the house....they are so ashamed if I find it....they hide under the bed. If I say "Baaaad Boy"....or Bad Dog to him....you would think I had beat him. I NEVER have to speak harshly tomy dogs.....they can tell by my reactions to what they did whether I am pleased or NOT! By now.....they know what pleases us & what does not.
I just love my 2 Chi's. One is Gizmo(he looks like a Gremlin) & the other is Kate. The only trouble I have is trying to get puppies out of them. Any tips on what I can do to help it along! Mother Nature seems to be needing a little help here!
I have a dear friend....a penpal in Quezon City. Go Manny! YAAY!
Thanks,
Sandi....Arkansas, U.S.A.
