Living Condition
Small dogs like Poms are definitely suitable to live in apartment or condominium.
Poms are active breed, so they enjoy indoor spaces for them to run around.
Exercise
If you want to avoid your Pom to be hyperactive indoor, I am strongly recommended you to bring him for exercise at least 45 minutes daily.
Otherwise, he might drive you crazy in the house.
After the exercise, you may follow with Pomeranian Puppy Training session.
You may find that your Pom will response better to your obedience command after he has enough daily exercise.
Shedding
If you choose this breed, you definitely have prepared to be a daily groomer. Pomeranian's double coat could shed constantly.
You should brush the hair daily so that the dead hair will be cleaned up and the coat will become pretty again.

Pomeranian is a high energy small dog breed which puppy training is necessary.
You should teach your Pom on what he can do and what he can not do at your house.
He must know the rules or else he will mess up your house.
You need to act as a pack leader, so that he will obey your training commands.
With consistent Pomeranian training, your Pom should be able to be house trained within a few weeks.
Next, you may continue with crate training. This is to make sure that he learn to associate crate
as something positive and NOT a punishment.
