Very cute but doesn't listen!!

I got my puppy at 12 weeks old. When I went to the breeder to pick out a puppy he was the sweetest and most lovable. He went to sleep in my lap and in those few minutes, I fell in love. He seemed that he was going to be the perfect lap dog and I just knew that I was going to love cuddling him. Boy...did he have me fooled. He has non-stop energy despite my taking him on 30 minute walks and endless games of fetch he does not listen to me unless he wants to. He comes when he feels like it. He sits when he feels like it and everything in the world is a big joke. When I discpline him for eating his own poop he tries to turn it into play time. He's a small package but he has the will of King Kong!
